The New York Yankees blew out the Toronto Blue Jays, 12-3. Jordan Montgomery through six innings, allowing two runs for the Bronx Bombers. Anthony Rizzo exploded for four RBIs and one home run. Note for the Jays, rookie catcher Gabriel Moreno went 3/4 with two runs-batted-in.

The Phillies and Nationals played a two-game doubleheader. During the first game, Philly edged Washington, 5-3. Middle-men Bryce Harper and Nick Castellanos both had big games. Harper went 3/4 with a walk, while Castellanos went 2/4 with two RBIs. Nats' starter Joan Adon picked up his 11th loss of the season.

Game 2 saw Philadelphia again edging Washington, this time 8-7 during extra innings. J.T. Realmuto's single drove in Rhys Hoskins and Kyle Schwarber during the top of the 10th inning. Reliever Jose Alvarado picked up his first win of the season.

A low-scoring affair ended in a 1-0 Chicago Cubs win over the Atlanta Braves. Cubs' starter Keegan Thompson pitched six scoreless innings giving up two hits. While Atlanta's Charlie Morton pitched seven innings, striking out nine. Christopher Morel hit a sacrifice fly during the eighth inning driving in Jonathan Villar.

Yet another 1-0 affair, Baltimore defeated Tampa Bay yesterday. Both starters Shane Baz (TB) and Dean Kremer tossed six scoreless innings, not allowing a single run. Rookie Adley Rutschman broke the tie during the 7th inning, singling to drive in Ryan Mountcastle.

Milwaukee edges Cincinnati. After a seventh-inning home run from Keston Hiura. Eric Lauer picked up the win, while Brad Boxberger recorded his first save of the season. Three Reds' hit home runs, Albert Almora Jr., Brandon Drury, and Tommy Pham. Although unfortunately, Cincinnati fell 5-4.

Yesterday, the Giants beat the Pittsburgh Pirates 2-0. San Francisco's Carlos Rodon threw eight scoreless innings. Luis Gonzalez and Joc Pederson, teammates, each hit a solo home run. Pittsburgh registered just two hits, singles by Ke'Bryan Hayes and Jack Suwinski.

Boston beat St. Louis, 6-5, after nearly blowing a 5-1 lead during the ninth inning. Sox's Pitcher Michael Wacha was strong again, pitching 5.1 innings and allowing just one run. Raffy Devers had a strong game driving in two on two hits. Tanner Houck picked up the ninth-inning save.

The Mets destroyed the Marlins by a score of 10-4. Cookie Carrasco was solid again this season. The veteran pitched in 6.1 innings, giving up just three runs while striking out seven. Both Lindor and Alonso had four RBI nights for New York.

Texas shut out Detroit 7-0. Jon Gray pitched seven scoreless innings for Texas, while counterpart Tarik Skubal allowed five runs in five innings of work. Catcher Jonah Heim of Texas hit his eighth home run of the season. Detroit was limited to five hits compared to Texas' 12.

Houston crushed the Chicago White Sox. Houston won the game 13-3, after a concreate six inning appearance by Framber Valdez. Chicago contained Houston till the bottom of the seventh inning. Bregman, Gurriel, Alvarez, and Tucker each hit home runs during a ten-run inning.

The fifth-place Rockies dismantle the first-place Padres. The result was 10-4 in favor of Colorado. C.J. Cron's two home runs and five RBIs led the Rockies to victory. San Diego's Trent Grisham blasted his sixth home run of the season.

Arizona beat Minnesota 7-2. Madison Bumgarner got the start for the Diamondbacks, pitching in six innings. Both teams combined for 21 hits and three home runs. Two of which came from AZ's left fielder Jordan Luplow.

Kansas City defeated Oakland 5-1. KC's Daniel Lynch had a good outing and collected his third win of the season, striking out ten. Salvador Perez would launch his tenth home run of the year.

Robby Ray and the Mariners defeated the Los Angeles Angels. The Mariners got to an early led and racked up 11 hits. Angels starter Michael Lorenzen had a rough start allowing seven runs. Seattle won 8-1.

The Cleveland Guardians narrowed by the LA Dodgers in extra-innings. Richie Palacios' sac fly gave Cleveland a 2-1 lead during the top of the tenth. Enyel De Los Santos would pick up the save, as Cleveland won 2-1.
