6. Joakim Kemell

Who will be the top Finnish player drafted at the 2022 NHL Entry Draft? Probably, Joakim Kemell a right-winger playing on JYP Jyväskylä of the Finnish Liiga.

The Russian forward is under contract with Magnitogorsk for 2022-23, meaning he would not be able to sign an NHL contract till the end of the season. With the recent, incident surrounding Russia, could we see Yurov drop in the draft?

The Finnish-born player has dropped off this season playing for JYP of the Finnish Liiga. In 24 games, he recorded two goals and just four assists.
