About

Cleveland is a player that already possess NHL size, and strength as a junior player. Standing at 6-foot-5, the d-man was considered one of the most physically gifted prospects of the entire draft.

This is a player who plays a very straight forward, rugged game. He is your atypical defensive defenseman that understands his role really well. The Wisconsin native played out his draft year with the USNTDP. Cleveland did not factor in much offensively with just six points in 55 games, although he did lead his team with 106 penalty minutes.

The Red Wings pick is expected to make a return to his home state to play for the University of Wisconsin this upcoming season. Mind you, Cleveland also has the option to play in the OHL next year; he was selected in seventh-round of the OHL Priority Draft by Sudbury.
